We provide magical new opportunities and experiences for independence for children and young people with disabilities

Our goal is to provide extraordinary holidays, creating an environment in which holiday makers feel surrounded by peers and friends.  To achieve this, we work with a youthful team of volunteers recruited from Fettes College - the school also hosts the holiday.

This short film, showing how SuperTroop has a positive impact on the lives of our holiday-makers and volunteers, was made thanks to support from the Better Breaks fund, administered by Shared Care.

If this film inspires you to support SuperTroop you can find out ways to do that by clicking the Support Us button below.

our supertroop pledge

at a minimum, the people in our care should be:

SAFE: we will protect you from harm, in body and mind

HAPPY: we will make your holiday lots of fun

RESPECTED: we will consider your rights and wishes at all times

NURTURED: we will give you chances to try new things, and to do the things you love

Thank you never seems enough for everything the SuperTroop team put into these annual holidays. We missed our child but were never in any doubt that he was in safe hands.”

Priceless! We look forward to it for months. Knowing we will have a break gets me through some difficult times.”
— a holiday-maker parent
I find myself thinking back to memories from the holiday and feeling so grateful that I got to experience this amazing organisation, the wonderful holiday-makers and the kind group leaders and the senior team. I will always remember SuperTroop and how lucky I am that I got to be part of it.”
